Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Sultai graveyard-value deck built around Teval, the Balanced Scale, whose attack trigger mills cards and returns lands from the graveyard while her second trigger turns every card that leaves the graveyard into a 2/2 Zombie Druid token. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard early with self-mill creatures and spells, then use Muldrotha, the Gravetide-style engines to convert that graveyard into mana, cards, and board presence. The most compact win is the Gravecrawler/Kheru Goldkeeper/Woe Strider loop, which generates infinite Zombie tokens and Treasures and empties every opponent's library with Consuming Aberration. Backup paths include Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord sacrificing a giant Lord of Extinction or Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar, plus mass-reanimation effects like Living Death and Afterlife from the Loam. The deck is a grinding, midrange strategy that wins through recursion and inevitability rather than early pressure.
