Deck overview

This deck is a high-efficiency mono-blue Urza combo-control build that leverages the commander's ability to tap artifacts for mana and its -X ability to exile and play cards from the library. The primary game plan is to assemble infinite mana through classic artifact combos-Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter or Basalt Monolith with Rings of Brighthearth-then win by activating Codex Shredder infinitely to mill all opponents out.
