Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck uses Kykar, Wind's Fury to turn noncreature spells into flying Spirit tokens and mana acceleration. By chaining low-cost cantrips, rituals, and artifact mana, the deck generates high storm counts and draws deep into its library. Its primary win condition revolves around Underworld Breach, utilizing Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze to mill out opponents in a single turn, or lasering the table down with Aetherflux Reservoir. Secondary engines like Whirlwind of Thought, Archmage Emeritus, Jeskai Ascendancy, and Vivi Ornitier provide extensive redundancy, allowing the deck to maintain momentum even if primary combo pieces are contested. Supported by flexible single-target removal and countermagic, the deck transitions smoothly from early mana development to a decisive combo finish.
