Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet coin-flip synergy deck built around Yusri, Fortune's Flame. It pairs probability-altering pieces like Krark's Thumb with aggressive draw payoffs and combat threats. The primary game plan accelerates Yusri onto the battlefield on Turn 3, attacking on Turn 4 to flip five coins and draw multiple cards per turn while absorbing life loss through lifelink equipment like Basilisk Collar. The massive hand size feeds game-ending win conditions, including the infinite damage loop of Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity, lethal burn via Psychosis Crawler, an upkeep victory with Chance Encounter, or massive board damage from Okaun, Eye of Chaos paired with Chandra's Ignition. The deck is supported by efficient interaction and dedicated artifact tutors, but relies heavily on combat timing and lacks proactive stax pieces.
