Deck overview

This deck is a focused Poison and Proliferate Midrange strategy commanded by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. Its primary game plan is to infect or poison all three opponents early using evasive toxic creatures or global spells like Ichor Rats and Prologue to Phyresis, then compound those counters using Atraxa and redundant proliferation engines. Because poison counters on players cannot be removed by conventional means, the deck transforms each proliferate trigger into irreversible table-wide clock progression. A robust four-color mana base and low-cost ramp suite enable consistent Turn 4 commander deployment, while high-density single-target removal and premier protection spells defend the board state as poison totals escalate toward lethal. Without relying on infinite combos or stax locks, the list applies steady, unavoidable pressure to eliminate the entire table simultaneously by Turn 7.
