Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact combo and control strategy piloted by Urza, Lord High Artificer. It accelerates early through efficient mana rocks and zero-cost artifacts, quickly deploying Urza to convert every artifact permanent into a mana source and generate huge Construct tokens. The deck's primary victory condition is assembling infinite mana through Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal or Grand Architect combined with Pili-Pala. Once infinite mana is achieved, Urza's activated ability exiles the entire library, allowing the deck to play its full suite of spells and mill all opponents out with Codex Shredder or establish a complete board wipe with Hullbreaker Horror. In slower matchups, the deck pivots to asymmetric stax via Static Orb and Back to Basics, tapping Static Orb before its untap step using Urza's ability to lock opponents while retaining full access to its own mana, supported by an extensive suite of low-cost interaction.
