Deck overview

The Ur-Dragon commands a five-color Dragon tribal deck focused on mana acceleration, massive flying threats, and overwhelming combat damage. From the command zone, The Ur-Dragon discounts every Dragon spell by one mana through eminence, allowing you to deploy high-impact creatures ahead of curve. Early turns focus on mana rocks, cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman, and Treasure generators. Mid-game turns establish board presence with powerhouse engines such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm and Bonehoard Dracosaur. Finally, casting The Ur-Dragon or storming with Dragonstorm generates unstoppable card advantage, free permanent deployments, and lethal aerial combat to eliminate all opponents simultaneously.
