Deck overview

This Rakdos deck operates as a Zombie tribal midrange strategy centered on sacrifice synergies and heavy creature removal under Bolg of the North. Early turns focus on developing expendable Zombie bodies such as Doomed Dissenter and Festering Mummy while answering opposing threats with cheap removal like Bone Splinters and Diabolic Edict. By Turn 5, Bolg of the North enters to sacrifice a creature, remove an opposing blocker, and amass a sizable Goblin Army. The mid-game leverages tribal lords such as Death Baron and Lord of the Accursed to give the creature swarm deathtouch and menace. Abundant recursion spells like Gravedigger, Rise from the Grave, and Soul Salvage provide resilience against standard removal. The deck closes games through wide combat attacks, attrition drain from Boggart Mischief, or an end-game Torment of Hailfire, though it remains vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and noncreature permanents.
