The Madcap Jester by fletchj124

Format: Commander

Commander: The Madcap Jester

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis theft/impulse deck built around The Madcap Jester's attack trigger, which exiles the top card of each opponent's library and lets you play those cards until your next end step. The commander acts as both a card-advantage engine and a pseudo-draw-7 during combat. Redundant effects (Harmonic Prodigy, Wizard's Staff, Jabs, Mistress of Mockery) multiply the trigger, while Prosper, Don Andres, and Gonti convert exiled casts into Treasures and combat bonuses. The primary path is to steal and chain opponents' noncreature spells, then close with a board of stolen creatures pumped by Don Andres. There is no hidden commander; the Jester is the sole engine.
