Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-counter engine. The deck's primary plan is to trigger Kilo's haste-fueled attacks and then multiply those proliferate triggers with Tekuthal, Karn's Bastion, and instant proliferate spells, stacking charge counters on Darksteel Reactor for an alternate win. A secondary plan animates artifact creatures with Cyberdrive Awakener and Depthshaker Titan to finish in combat, often through Alibou's damage. Tekuthal serves as the hidden commander, effectively doubling every proliferate the deck makes. The commander's role is not mandatory but supplies the repeatable, cheap trigger that makes the counter plan fast enough to be competitive.
