Deck overview

This Grixis deck operates as a fast, proactive combo-control build commanded by Evelyn, the Covetous. The deck focuses on assembling one of two compact, game-ending combos: the classic Worldgorger Dragon reanimation loop or the Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame token engine. By utilizing a dense web of low-cost mana rocks, creature rituals, graveyard tutors like Buried Alive, and six versatile Transmute cards, the deck consistently achieves usable assembly by Turn 4. Once initiated, both combo lines eliminate all three opponents in a single turn without granting response cycles. Worldgorger Dragon generates infinite mana and flickers Evelyn to exile all opposing libraries or blinks Sunscorched Desert for direct lethal damage, while Dualcaster Mage creates infinite hasty copies to overrun the board. A robust suite of cheap counterspells protects the winning turn from disruption. The deck maintains full independence from its commander and recovers rapidly through redundant reanimation spells and backup lines.
