Deck overview

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir leads a mono-blue flash-control deck that slows opponents to sorcery speed while letting your own creatures enter at instant speed. The primary plan is to establish Teferi, hold up counters and bounce, then win with evasive flyers and +1/+1 counters from draw-second triggers and proliferate. Secondary paths are incremental mill from How Is This a Par Three?! and Curse of the Bloody Tome, plus one-sided resets like River's Rebuke. Kid Loki acts as a hidden commander for the draw-second counter theme, granting hexproof after you grow your team. The deck is interactive but lacks a compact finisher.
