Deck overview

Ghoulcaller Gisa leads a mono-black Zombie tribal aristocrats deck focused on swarming the battlefield, sacrificing high-power creatures, and draining opponents. The strategy develops early mana and recurring fodder like Gravecrawler before resolving Gisa on Turn 5. Once active, Gisa doubles creature power into 2/2 Zombie tokens, triggering enter-the-battlefield and death triggers across cards like Undead Augur, Bastion of Remembrance, and Diregraf Colossus. Tribal lords such as Undead Warchief, Death Baron, and Cemetery Reaper buff the horde into a lethal combat force, while aristocrat payoffs including Vengeful Dead, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Syr Konrad, the Grim convert sacrifices into unavoidable table-wide life loss. The deck generates steady card advantage and recovers resiliently from graveyards through Victimize and Lord of the Undead. Although vulnerable to exile sweepers and lacking stack protection, the deck reliably establishes a decisive combat and drain clock by Turn 6, closing out the game on Turn 8.
