Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Group Slug strategy led by Seizan, Perverter of Truth. Its game plan revolves around forcing all players to draw extra cards every turn while weaponizing those draws through asymmetric damage engines like Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Scrawling Crawler, and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. The deck supports this core engine with symmetrical draw artifacts such as Howling Mine and Temple Bell, alongside discard punishment pieces like Liliana's Caress and Court of Ambition. Late-game bursts of mana powered by Cabal Coffers and Crypt Ghast fuel game-ending spells like Torment of Hailfire. While the deck generates immense card flow and steady life attrition, its primary challenge lies in handing opponents 2 to 4 extra cards each turn cycle, giving them ample resources to dig for answers and interact with Seizan's board.
