Deck overview

This deck is a Boros ETB (enters-the-battlefield) and aristocrat aggro engine commanded by The Jolly Balloon Man. The strategy focuses on deploying cheap creatures with impactful entry or death triggers, such as Spirited Companion, Wall of Omens, and Inspiring Overseer, then duplicating them each turn for a single mana. Because the created Balloon tokens gain flying and haste, the deck generates immediate evasive pressure while triggering card advantage engines like Skullclamp and Idol of Oblivion. As the game progresses, it pivots to high-impact burn and value finishers including Fanatic of Mogis, Impact Tremors, Witty Roastmaster, and Trumpeting Carnosaur. While vulnerable to mass creature sweepers and lacking dedicated creature tutors, the deck boasts strong natural redundancy, high velocity, and consistent mid-game closing power.
