Deck overview

This deck is a big-mana Dimir midrange strategy led by Marvo, Deep Operative. The primary plan manipulates the top of the library using cheap cantrips, filters, and artifacts like Brainstorm, Sensei's Divining Top, and Scroll Rack to stack high-mana spells. On Turn 4 or 5, Marvo, Deep Operative attacks, winning clashes against defending players to draw cards and cast massive 7- and 8-mana bombs for free. Cheated permanents such as Archon of Cruelty, Aminatou's Augury, Hullbreaker Horror, Tidespout Tyrant, and One with the Multiverse rapidly snowball into overwhelming board presence and resource advantage. The deck leverages large sea monsters, permanent theft, and asymmetric board bounces to eliminate opponents through combat by Turn 7. While reliant on Marvo surviving to attack, its high density of late-game threats provides robust inevitability.
