Deck overview

Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers is a RG combat-cheat deck. The pair costs seven, has haste, and every attack reveals cards until a creature is found and puts it into play tapped and attacking. The primary plan is to ramp to seven mana, play Raph & Mikey, and use Kediss to turn its 7 power into damage aimed at every opponent. The 99 contains multiple Michelangelo and Raphael legendaries as modular support rather than a hidden commander: they supply Mutagen tokens, extra combats, double strike, and counters. Secondary finishes include Triumph of the Hordes, damage multipliers, and extra-combat loops from Raphael, Tag Team Tough.
