Deck overview

This Temur deck is built to ramp hard, cast Maelstrom Wanderer, and turn the cascade hits into an immediate board. The commander's global haste and double cascade are the primary engine; after he resolves, every creature swings the same turn. Secondary paths include +1/+1 counter synergies with Simic Ascendancy as a global alt-win, and self-mill into Laboratory Maniac. There is no hidden commander or partner; the deck supports Maelstrom with landfall creatures, dorks, and land-recursion pieces. The flipped Oko in the 99 is just another value piece. Win lines are creature-combat plus counter-engine payoff, with card drawing from Flubs and Genesis Wave bridging into large final boards.
