CatDog by Chef

Format: Commander

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rin and Seri, Inseparable is a Naya Dog/Cat token-matters deck. The commander is both a Dog and a Cat, so every Dog spell creates a Cat token and every Cat spell creates a Dog token. The strategy is to curve out with cheap Dog/Cat spells, then snowball into a wide board with Brimaz, Sally Pride, Old Hob, and Alien Invasion. The primary kill is a single massive swing powered by Jazal Goldmane or Door of Destinies; Colossification on the commander provides a one-shot commander-damage line. Rin and Seri's activated ability is the secondary reach. There is no hidden commander. The deck lacks a strong tutor suite and is vulnerable to sweepers, but several flash creatures and one-mana protection spells give it play.
