Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Rakdos combo-reanimator list commanded by Grenzo, Dungeon Warden. The primary game plan revolves around casting Grenzo for two mana and leveraging bottom-of-the-library manipulation to cheat powerful creature engines directly onto the battlefield. The deck achieves rapid, compact victories by resolving Doomsday, which arranges a five-card sequence capable of winning on the spot through infinite persist loops with Murderous Redcap, Metallic Mimic, and a sacrifice outlet like Viscera Seer. Outside of Doomsday lines, the list generates extensive card and mana advantage through cost reducers such as Heartstone, mana engines like Ashnod's Altar and Workhorse, and recursion loops using Epitaph Golem. Interaction is centered on efficient removal, flexible creature triggers that Grenzo can deploy at instant speed, and targeted graveyard disruption. The deck trades proactive stax pieces for explosive combo speed, winning the game in a single turn once its core pieces assemble.
