Deck overview

This Azorius deck is an Ephara blink/value engine. It deploys small enter-the-battlefield creatures and uses flicker instants plus repeatable blinkers to reuse their triggers, turning every upkeep into an extra card from Ephara. The primary plan is incremental advantage: draw cards, control the board, and win through commander damage from an indestructible God or a growing board of flyers, Monk tokens, and Shark tokens. Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Soulherder act as backup engines, while a fragile Deadeye Navigator plus Cloud of Faeries loop can draw large chunks of the library with Dour Port-Mage. There is no compact one-turn kill, so the deck wins by grinding until it has enough creatures and answers to overwhelm the table.
