Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Big Mana Stompy list powered by the partner pairing of Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood and Alena, Kessig Trapper. Gilanra accelerates mana from the command zone and draws cards whenever you cast large spells with mana value 6 or greater. Alena turns those massive creatures into explosive bursts of red mana, enabling you to chain multiple high-cost threats in a single turn. The 99 is filled with high-power beaters, cascade spells, extra combat steps, and landcycling creatures that ensure smooth land drops. Once the engine is online by turn 5, the deck floods the battlefield with overwhelming trampling power, locking down opponents with Vorinclex or closing the game through repeated combat steps with Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw.
