This Azorius deck uses a custom partner pairing to create an efficient noncreature token engine. Geist of Saint Thalia discounts noncreature spells from the command zone, allowing you to chain token-generating sorceries, instants, and enchantments ahead of curve. Meanwhile, Thalia, the Survivor taxes opponents' noncreature spells, slowing down enemy interaction and combo development. The deck wins by flooding the battlefield with creature tokens, multiplying their numbers with effects like Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and boosting their stats using anthems like Inspiring Leader and Virtue of Loyalty. While the strategy is resilient against targeted interaction thanks to phase-out protection spells like Clever Concealment and Teferi's Protection, its reliance on combat damage over multiple turns leaves it vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers.
