Format: Commander

Commander: Éowyn, Shieldmaiden

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Eowyn, Shieldmaiden leads a Jeskai Human-Knight army that converts repeated Human entries into a wide, hasty board and card advantage. The deck's primary plan is to cast a Human or token creator each turn, trigger Eowyn's combat ability for two 2/2 trample hasters, then finish with anthem effects, double strike, and extra combat steps. Secondary lines use Combat Celebrant, Flamerush Rider, or Aggravated Assault for explosion turns, or the Gilraen/Village Bell-Ringer loop to untap the whole team repeatedly. Though slightly slow on mana, the deck is resilient and can protect its board through mass phase-out and indestructible effects. The commander is not double-faced; the deck is built squarely around Eowyn's face.
