Tifa, Landfall by mrsandytoes

Format: Commander

Commander: Tifa Lockhart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tifa Lockhart is a mono-green landfall commander deck: every land that enters doubles Tifa's power until end of turn, so the game plan is to ramp into a high land count and then resolve several landfall triggers in one turn to make Tifa a lethal trampling commander. The primary finish is a one-shot 21 damage from Tifa, usually with Planar Engineering, fetchlands, and Oracle of Mul Daya, plus Tifa's Limit Break to close from 16. Secondary paths are token and landfall payoffs such as Rampaging Baloths, Chocobo Racetrack, and Glacier Godmaw. There is no hidden commander; Oracle of Mul Daya and Ka-Zar are support engines. If Tifa is removed, the deck can still win slowly through creature beatdown.
