Deck overview

This is a mono-red artifact-affinity value deck built around Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant. Chiss-Goria is both the ramp payoff and the primary draw engine: his affinity clause turns a 6RRR cost into something castable by turn 4-5, and his attack trigger exiles five cards and lets you cast an additional artifact spell with affinity. Secondary paths are artifact creature beatdown, copy/token generation, and a hard artifact lock. The deck wins through repeated evasive attacks from Chiss-Goria and large artifact threats, accelerated by Hexplate Wallbreaker and copying effects. There is no double-faced commander and no hidden commander; the deck is built to use the front face's attack trigger.
