Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov enchantment and Aura strategy piloted by Killian, Decisive Mentor. It controls the pace of the game by attaching Auras to opposing threats and friendly creatures alike. Whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield, Killian taps and goads an opposing creature, forcing adversaries into mutual attrition while drawing cards whenever enchanted creatures attack. The deck establishes a defensive pillowfort using Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, and Blind Obedience to remain safe from counterattacks. It steadily accumulates massive card advantage through enchantress engines and Killian's combat triggers. Games are closed out either by building a dominant Voltron attacker using Ethereal Armor, Super State, or Mantle of the Ancients, or by generating an overwhelming aerial swarm with Sigil of the Empty Throne and Hallowed Haunting. High-tier protection spells and mass graveyard recursion make the engine resilient against removal.
