Deck overview

This is a UW stax/control combo deck that slows the table with tax effects and untap-denial while tutoring up a self-mill win. Abuelo acts as an instant-speed flicker to save combo pieces and reuse ETB tutors, but the actual engine is the library-emptying pair of Leveler/Paradigm Shift with Jace or Laboratory Maniac. Secondary lines include hard locks with Stasis, Winter Orb, or Lavinia plus Drannith Magistrate, and a grind plan using Mystic Remora, Smuggler's Share, and Trouble in Pairs. The deck is linear but resilient: if one finisher is answered, tutors find the other, and stax pieces buy the turns needed to assemble the kill.
