Vile Cat Girl by TsulKalu

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola, Night's Blessed

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Y'shtola, Night's Blessed is an Esper life-drain control commander: every noncreature spell with mana value 3 or more deals 2 damage to each opponent and gains life, and any turn in which an opponent lost 4 or more life draws a card. The deck leans into that with draw/drain engines (Queza, Sheoldred, Psychosis Crawler, Sygg), a tax shell (Kambal, Rhystic Study, Smothering Tithe), and flexible instant-speed removal. It also runs a hidden second Y'shtola, Y'shtola Rhul, whose extra end step doubles the commander's end-step draw. Real wins are incremental: grinding with Y'shtola triggers, a Drogskol Reaver/Queza loop once enough life-drain amplifiers are present, or a large Exsanguinate.
