4PWR Marvo Pugnacious Octopus by Tolgron

Format: Commander

Commander: Marvo, Deep Operative

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Marvo, Deep Operative is a clash-value deck. Its main plan is to set the top of the library with Lantern of Insight, Soothsaying, Wizened Snitches, or Lim-Dul's Vault, ride Marvo into combat, win the clash, and free-cast a large sea monster. Secondary paths are hard-casting or Quicksilver Amulet-cheating Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents, plus the hidden Runo Stromkirk hold Krothuss: Krothuss copies an attacking giant creature and multiplies the attack. Baneful Omen provides an alternate drain angle. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins by repeatedly attacking with high-power, unblockable, flying, or islandwalking conflict engines.
