This is a mono-blue draw-engine deck built around Minn, Wily Illusionist. The plan is to draw a second card every turn, convert those draws into 1/1 Illusion tokens, make those tokens large with lords and counter-pump effects, and then sacrifice them to Ashnod's Altar or let them die to Skullclamp so Minn's second ability cheats high-value permanents like Consecrated Sphinx, Hullbreaker Horror, and Nezahal, Primal Tide onto the battlefield. The deck plays a draw-go control game, dense with instant-speed draw, counterspells, and protection, and finishes through evasive Illusion beats supplemented by big flyers and unblockable effects from Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive. A deterministic secondary win condition is Triskadeikaphile, which leverages the deck's no-maximum-hand-size effects and hand-shaping tools to win with exactly thirteen cards in hand.
