Deck overview

This Sultai midrange deck leverages The Wise Mothman to convert mill triggers and rad counters into an overwhelming board of +1/+1 counters. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost dorks and establishing counter enhancers such as Hardened Scales or Bristly Bill, Spine Sower. Once Mothman enters, rad counters force all players to mill nonland cards, distributing counters across your attackers on every turn. The deck draws cards rapidly through specialized engines like Danny Pink and Fathom Mage, while protecting key pieces with elite defensive spells like Sylvan Safekeeper and Legolas's Quick Reflexes. Evasive and trampling beaters finish opponents across a short combat window. Free and low-cost interaction keeps faster combo decks in check, providing a resilient, interactive path to victory.
