Neko hammer by root000

Format: Commander

Commander: Balan, Wandering Knight

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Balan is an Equipment-voltron deck with a tuned white shell. Balan's attach-all ability is the core: once two or more Equipment are attached he gains double strike, so the plan is to assemble cheap equipment, cast Balan, attach a high-power weapon like Colossus Hammer, and one-shot a player with commander damage. The deck uses Stoneforge Mystic, Puresteel Paladin, Sigarda's Aid, and Forge Anew to reduce both equip costs and setup time. The main secondary path is the Heliod, Sun-Crowned plus Walking Ballista infinite-damage line. There is no true hidden commander; Heliod is the closest alternate linchpin, but the deck is built around Balan.
