Pissing People Off Speed Run by Retr0mp10

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue mill deck is helmed by Bruvac the Grandiloquent, who doubles all mill effects. The primary strategy is to deplete all opponents' libraries simultaneously using a combination of combat mill (The Mindskinner, Fleet Swallower, Terisian Mindbreaker), mass-mill spells (Maddening Cacophony, Traumatize, Cut Your Losses), and the redundant Advisor engine Persistent Petitioners (12 copies). Bruvac acts as a force multiplier, turning every mill source into a game-ending threat. The deck also includes a robust counterspell suite to protect its commander and key pieces, plus draw engines like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora to maintain card flow. Secondary win conditions involve equipping The Mindskinner with Fireshrieker or Genji Glove for repeated combat-mill bursts. The deck is highly focused but relies on drawing into its mill pieces rather than tutoring for them.
