Betor by Nebstein

Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Ancestor's Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Betor, Ancestor's Voice leads a lifegain and lifeloss value deck that grinds through incremental advantage. You gain life to grow a creature with +1/+1 counters and lose life to reanimate creatures from the graveyard, turning every life swing into board presence. The main win is draining opponents with Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, and Defiling Daemogoth whenever you gain large amounts of life. A secondary combat plan uses Archangel of Thune, Heliod, and Blossoming Bogbeast to make an army lethal. Moseo, Vein's New Dean acts as a hidden second copy of Betor, while Bolas's Citadel provides an alternate engine.
