Gisa’s Final Decree by Tokage

Format: Commander

Commander: Gisa, Glorious Resurrector

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gisa, Glorious Resurrector turns every forced sacrifice into a delayed army: creatures opponents would lose to edicts, wipes, or Grave Pact/Dictate triggers are exiled instead and returned under your control at upkeep with decayed. There is no hidden commander; the 99 is built squarely around Gisa's resurrection and sacrifice-symmetry engine. The deck uses instant-speed edicts and symmetry effects to strip boards, then converts the stream of decayed attackers into life-loss through Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, The Meathook Massacre, and a massive Gray Merchant. Breach the Multiverse, Agadeem's Awakening, and Sheoldred add resiliency. Finishing usually comes from devotion drains or Torment of Hailfire via Cabal Coffers/Nykthos.
