Seluma, Light of Aysen heads a five-color Angel tribal midrange list that exists because her Rulebreaker lets the 99 run Angels of any color and any basic lands. The plan is straightforward: discount Angel spells, flood the sky, and win through combat. Seluma herself is a 5-mana 4/4 whose combat-damage trigger reanimates an Angel - a recursion payoff, not the engine the deck is built around. The 99 is a self-contained pile of lords, finishers, token makers, and its own graveyard recursion, so the deck still slams fliers if she never resolves. Primary wins are airborne beatdown backed by anthems (Lyra Dawnbringer, Giada, Font of Hope, Righteous Valkyrie), a damage doubler in Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, extra combat from Aurelia, the Warleader, and Akroma's Will for double strike. A secondary lock is melding Bruna, the Fading Light with Gisela, the Broken Blade into Brisela. There are no infinite combos; inevitability is a wide, recursive flying board that rebuilds through wipes.
