Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan Landfall Midrange strategy piloted by The Necrobloom. It develops a vast land base and floods the battlefield with Plant and Zombie creature tokens. The commander gives all lands in the graveyard dredge 2, ensuring smooth land drops and steady self-mill. The game plan focuses on deploying early ramp, casting the commander on Turn 3 or 4, and compounding token generation into the mid game. On Turn 6, the deck lands overwhelming finishers such as Avenger of Zendikar, Thunderfoot Baloth, or Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest to buff its token army and threaten lethal combat damage across Turns 7 and 8. It also houses an infinite combo via Basking Broodscale and Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest to create infinite colorless mana and infinitely large creatures. While vulnerable to creature sweepers due to a lack of global haste, the deck maintains high resilience through graveyard recursion, redundant token engines, and protective spells like Guardian of Faith.
