Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive EDH list built in Sultai colors, utilizing Thranduil, the Elvenking as both a card-filtering engine and a combo outlet. The deck focuses on executing fast, resilient win conditions backed by 0-1 CMC mana acceleration and elite free interaction. Its primary route to victory is the format-standard Thassa's Oracle pairing with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, capable of closing the game on Turn 2 to 3. Because the land base contains zero basic lands, Hermit Druid serves as a single-card win condition that mills the entire library into a flashback Dread Return targeting Thassa's Oracle. Additionally, Buried Alive provides a potent necrotic combo by placing Devoted Druid, Incubation Druid, and Zameck Guildmage into the graveyard, granting Thranduil the activated abilities needed to generate infinite colored mana and draw the entire library.
