Gandalf by Stinewise

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a Jeskai legendary Wizard spell-slinger deck that cheats instants and sorceries into play at combat. The number of legendary Wizards you control sets the free-cast limit, so the deck floods the board with cheap legendary Wizards and cost reducers, then uses Gandalf to cast high-impact spells without paying mana. Secondary engines copy spells and generate tokens through Talrand, Docent of Perfection, and copy doublers like Veyran and Naban. The only fully assembled combo is Alania plus Reverberate for value copies, so most wins come from wide flying boards, burn from Rockslide Sorcerer and Firefist Adept, or Starfall damage from The Lord Master of Hell after a long setup.
