Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Vampire tribal aggro-aristocrats build commanded by Edgar Markov. It utilizes Edgar Markov eminence ability to generate 1/1 Vampire tokens for free whenever a Vampire spell is cast, creating an immediate wide board presence without casting its commander. The primary strategy swarms the battlefield with low-cost Vampires on early turns, then scales damage rapidly through mass anthem effects like Shared Animosity and Cathars' Crusade, direct burn from Purphoros, God of the Forge, and aristocrat drain from Blood Artist and Sanctum Seeker. Additionally, the deck packs an instant-win two-card infinite combo featuring Bloodthirsty Conqueror alongside Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Sanguine Bond. It protects its aggressive development with premium defensive spells like Teferi's Protection and Flawless Maneuver, while recovering rapidly from sweepers due to eminence.
