This is a Golgari aristocrats and lifegain-combo list helmed by Dina, Soul Steeper. Dina turns every life-gain event into a ping against each opponent and can sacrifice creatures to grow, but her real job is to be a two-mana Sanguine Bond that lives in the command zone. The primary win is the classic loop: Exquisite Blood plus Sanguine Bond, or Exquisite Blood plus Dina herself, which drains the table the instant anyone loses life or you gain it. A second, fully independent layer uses death triggers - Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Al Bhed Salvagers, Cauldron of Essence - plus recurring bodies like Gravecrawler, Nether Traitor, and Forsaken Miner and outlets such as Ashnod's Altar, Warren Soultrader, and Blasting Station. Token engines keep the fuel coming. Dina is cheap to recast but is not required; the 99 already contains complete win lines. Combat via Tendershoot Dryad or Trudge Garden is only a distant backup.
