Deck overview

This Mardu deck is helmed by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw and focuses on aggressive outlaw tribal synergy, Treasure generation, and board-wide combat scaling. The game plan opens with low-cost Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, and Rogues to establish early board presence and trigger combat abilities. Once Olivia enters the battlefield, successful attacks yield steady streams of Treasure tokens that feed her activated ability, placing permanent +1/+1 counters on the entire team at sorcery speed. The deck converts excess Treasures into card advantage via Professional Face-Breaker and Black Market Connections, life drain with Mirkwood Bats, or alternative victories via Revel in Riches. A robust Mardu interaction package protects against varied opposing threats, while cards like Great Train Heist and Swashbuckler Extraordinaire rapidly close out games through extra combats and double strike.
