Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Sai, Master Thopterist to assemble a flying token army. It ramps on early turns using mana rocks and cost-reducers, then deploys Sai to convert every cast artifact into a 1/1 flying Thopter. Mid-game card draw engines like Skullclamp, Thought Monitor, and Sai's activated ability keep the hand replenished. Once a critical mass of tokens is assembled, the deck closes the game using overwhelming team-wide power buffs, primarily Coat of Arms and Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, alongside tall beaters like Kappa Cannoneer and Nettlecyst. The deck features functional reactive countermagic and attack tax effects, but it generally commits to sorcery-speed development. It relies on standard combat steps over several turns to eliminate three opponents, making it susceptible to well-timed sweepers.
