Deck overview

This Orzhov Vampire deck combines aristocrats sacrifice loops, lifegain synergies, and aggressive tribal combat. Carmen, Cruel Skymarcher serves as an escalating threat and repeatable recursion engine, growing whenever any player sacrifices a permanent and reanimating key permanents on attack. The deck develops early Vampire boards to generate sacrifice fodder through cards like Charismatic Conqueror and Mavren Fein. From there, free sacrifice outlets such as Viscera Seer, Bartolome del Presidio, and Ashnod's Altar feed drain engines like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Mirkwood Bats. Games conclude through overwhelming token combat, massive Bolas's Citadel turns, or the two-card infinite combo of Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond.
