Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads a Sultai Elfball deck that swarms the board, taps Elves for large mana, and wins through infinite mana or wide combat. The primary plan uses Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Circle of Dreams Druid, Marwyn, and Selvala with Staff of Domination to make infinite mana and draw the deck, then closes with Lathril, Ezuri, or Jarad. Secondary paths win without the combo by going wide with Imperious Perfect, Elvish Warmaster, and Kindred Discovery. Thranduil acts as a draw engine when legendary Elves enter and copies activated abilities of Elves in the graveyard. Prime Speaker Vannifar and Marwyn function as hidden commanders that tutor and accelerate the board.
