Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Mutate and combat advantage strategy led by Otrimi, the Ever-Playful. The primary game plan involves deploying cheap, non-Human creatures with built-in evasion or resilience on turns 1 through 3, then mutating Otrimi, the Ever-Playful or other powerful mutate creatures onto them on turn 4.
