Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jeskai combat strategy led by Sonic the Hedgehog, capitalizing on creatures with haste and flash to rapidly distribute +1/+1 counters and generate Treasure tokens. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with mana rocks and low-cost haste creatures, casting Sonic on Turn 4 to immediately trigger counter growth. On Turn 5, it transitions into critical onset by deploying powerful payoffs such as Herald of Secret Streams for unblockable attacks, Danny Pink for card advantage, or extra-combat engines like Aurelia, the Warleader and World at War. While the deck lacks infinite combos, it applies relentless combat pressure backed by asymmetric board wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye that preserve counter-laden creatures. Robust defensive interaction, including phasing via Guardian of Faith and Ripples of Potential, shields the aggressive board from opposing sweepers, steadily overwhelming all three opponents by Turn 7.
