Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria pilots a Grixis discard-matters Villain deck. The main plan is to attack with Doom and other Villains, using connive and looting spells to discard lands and cards; every discard is leveraged by Doom's land-drain, Cool but Rude, Monument to Endurance, and Archfiend of Ifnir. Secondary paths are a Villain token swarm (Cryptcaller Chariot, Madame Hydra, Ultron, Red Ghost), mayhem-fueled graveyard recursion headed by the hidden commander Norman Osborn // Green Goblin, and a Glorious Purpose free-spell burst. There are no infinite combos in the list; the deck wins through cumulative drain, evasive combat, and a Living Laser alpha.
