Deck overview

This deck is a four-color polymorph control deck piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The library contains no cheap creature cards, ensuring that any polymorph trigger reliably hits an overwhelming, high-mana bomb. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana ramp artifacts and noncreature token producers such as Dreadhorde Invasion, Skrelv's Hive, and Staff of the Storyteller. By turn 4 or 5, the deck casts Jace and uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and flip directly into threats like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, or Nissa, Leyline Tamer. Backup enablers like Mass Polymorph, Synthetic Destiny, and Proteus Staff provide redundancy, while flexible board wipes like Sunfall and White Sun's Twilight clear opposing battlefields while leaving behind fresh token fodder. The deck rapidly converts these cheated behemoths into massive combat damage, closing out the table around turn 7.
